FREE CONCERT SERIES IN HUNTINGTON, VT
Please note, this event is being organized by Mr. Charlie Frazier and is sponsored by the Huntington Recreation Committee. If you are an artist or maker who would like to vend, please do! There is no formal vendor set up this year, someone from HVA will help you find a spot in the field when you arrive. Our young artists are encouraged to participate!
When: Weekly on Wednesdays, 5:30 to 8 PM, from July 31 through Aug 21, 2024
Where: HUNTINGTON REC FIELD
As Mr. Charlie played around the state’s many towns with his bands for the last 6 decades, he’s often wondered “Why don’t we do this in Huntington”?
In 2023, he took a leap of faith and did 4 shows featuring local artists, bringing the community together for some fun filled end-of-summer nights. Lucky for us, it all went so well, he’s doing it again!
- July 31: Mama Tried
- Aug 7: All Night Boogie Jam
- Aug 14: Mango Jam
- Aug 21: Blues for Breakfast
Each show will be a fundraiser for various Huntington organizations, all money donated will go to the featured organizations. Local artists will have their work on display and for sale.
To make this work we are looking for the following people:
- Businesses and individuals who may want to help underwrite this
- Volunteers with event skills to help with planning
- Volunteers to help the night of the shows with parking, set-up and breakdown after the show
- Lead Volunteers
- Artists looking to vend

If you are an artist or maker and would like to vend, all are encouraged to participate. There is plenty of room in the field, just show up with your set up and we will help you find a spot. Our young artists are encouraged to participate!
